Mulch Your Plumbago Well
If you mulched your plumbago well, it may come back. Don’t look for it for another month or so, as it is late in coming up. Do not uncover it until the ground warms up. I have kept mine several years by mulching heavily in the Fall. (tip from Dianne Wham)
